Healthy Energy Treat

Here's the recipe:
500g rolled oats
250g chopped dried fruit (you choose)
200g nut butter (i use less and choose almond butter)
200ml soya milk
2 dsp honey
100g pumpkin & sunflower seeds mixed
Sesame seeds to coat
Put all dried ingredients into bowl and mix thoroughly. Add milk and butter and honey and mix / squidge together
Roll in to balls and roll in sesame seeds
Leave in fridge for at least 10 mins
