This combined with a supportive nutriton plan WILL help you lose weight, you WILL feel strong and you WILL get the results you want!
COMMITTMENT: 60 days - the first 4 weeks you will need to train for 1 hour for 5 days a week. For the last 4 weeks you will need to train for 3-4 days per week for between 30mins and 1 hour.
SESSIONS: These will be led by an instructor and you will follow a DVD. You will be measured 3 times throughout the 8 weeks and supported throughout. If you follow the nutrition plan we give you, you will achieve optimum results but it is optional.
TRAINING TIMES: There are several timeslots availble as follows: Only 5 spaces available per timeslot.
Monday 6:30am, 10:30am 2:30pm, 8:30pm
Tuesday 6:30am, 11am, 2:30pm, 8:30pm
Wednesday 6:30am, 2:30pm, 8:30pm
Thursday 6:30am, 10:30am, 2:30am, 8:30pm
Friday 6:30am, 9:30am, 2:30pm, 8:30pm
Saturday 12pm
Sunday 10am, 2pm, 3pm
COST: £75 for non members and £35 for members
