The DVD series has been split in to different belt ranges and will be a great learning aid for students training outside of lesson time. Our DVD’s will also be particularly useful for grading preparation.

Each DVD is organised in to sections on Kihon (Basics), Kata (Patterns) and Kumite (Sparring) relevant to that grade.

Leather Bag Mitts excellent for pad work, light sparring and sparring with sensitivity - a must for practitioners.

Top quality leather velcro boxing gloves. The straps are thicker supporting the wrists and allowing a larger area if taping is required. The wrist area, providing double protection, is extra thick as recommended by most professionals.

Punching mitts for sparring in Karate. Please note that white is the only approved colour for competitions.

A large waterproof black equipment bag that can hold all your gi's, punch mitts, Kali sticks, shin pads etc. The bag will have the CDMA logo printed on the end and the Academy name along the side.
