KUGB Shotokan Karate.

We are a proud member of the KUGB (Karate Union of Great Britain) one of Britain’s largest and most respected Karate organisations. We offer a unique perspective and training method within Oxfordshire on this traditional and popular martial art. A friendly yet disciplined environment ensures personal growth both mentally and physically.

In our karate classes we explore the application of kata techniques (bunkai), how to use karate effectively for self defence, fitness training, as well as concentrating on competition sparring and Kata for those wishing to take their skills to the sporting arena and compete at the highest levels.
