On Saturday 5th November come and experience a whole range of fantastic martial arts and help us raise money for Save the Children.
All styles and ranges of martial arts will be available to try out suiting children from 2 years to adults of any age
There will be a minimum donation of £5 per person on the day.

As a way of thanking our members for their continued training we are putting on a series of 3 courses to see out 2011. These courses are free, and it is my hope that they will allow our students to take their karate in a new way and give them the opportunity to develop their knowledge outside of the syllabus, enriching their learning and motivating them to keep training and exploring. I’d just like to congratulate everyone on their recent successes yesterday at the grading with Sensei Poynton.
I was very proud to see you all do so well and move one step closer to Black Belt. Well done! And thank you to our team of Black Belt instructors who have helped our students over the past few months to prepare for the big day. December’s grading is already an exciting one as we have Sensei Andy Sherry (8th Dan and head of the KUGB) coming down to see us!!!
