to three private, coach-led training sessions each week, a 28-day nutrition

Your training kit – all the gear you need
When you sign up for a challenge with TFW we make sure that
it is minimal stress. You'll have all bases covered with our starter pack, so
you can focus on just turning up and making those incredible changes in your
life that you deserve. The starter pack includes a workout shirt, water bottle,
printed exercise cards, a recipe book, programme workbook and a drawstring bag
to keep it all in.
