Training For Warriors

TFW system can benefit anyone looking to lose fat, build muscle and feel good. If you want to build strength, improve conditioning, lose fat or gain muscle, Training For Warriors will deliver results!


Using your own body weight and a unique cable system, you can propel yourself through innumerable routines and exercises, that will challenge your whole body, legs, core, back, arms, chest, you name it we can work it.

31st August - 1st September (2 days only)

21st - 23rd December

All Camps will run from 9am till 12pm each day.
Current costs are £15 per day or £40 for 3 days.
